We started as an insurance broker with a vision to change the way medical insurance is promoted and delivered in the Egyptian market. We first touched upon many problems that faced the insured members, such as lack of personalized services, absence of technology solutions, managing the sickness, undeserving SMEs policies, and many other obstacles.
Therefore, our vision was to change all of that, and in order to reach our vision, we needed to reimagine the role of the insurance broker to provide unique aftersales support.
We empowered the Egyptian insurance market to break the cycle of traditional insurance services and build a brighter future to deliver more than just an insurance service. Through our continuous innovation, the reimagining of a new insured members’ journey, and technology solutions creation.
We created the technological tools needed to automate and scale our services. An online platform to improve our service efficiency by storing all the reports and clients’ history in one place with smooth accessibility and complete confidentiality, supplying us with insured member’s data to present better services.
We also created an online ticketing system to help us generate reports per policy and insurance line, make the clients’ messages more accessible, keep clients’ request records by having a thread for each request, and improve the follow-up and after-sales. We have also built a mobile app for insured members and another one for scheme managers in the case of Corporate clients.
Yet, we are looking forward to more innovations in all of the other insurance lines providing special services through our innovative technology.
